3. Account Creation

3.1 Users must create an account to access certain features of the platform.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse or violation of these terms.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Ad Posting Fees: Sellers are charged AED 250 per advertisement. Additional fees may apply for optional add-ons selected by the seller.
4.2 VAT: All fees are subject to VAT as per UAE law.
4.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit/debit cards and PayPal.
4.4 Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to ad posting fees, add-on fees, and VAT charges.
4.5 Failed Transactions: If a payment fails due to technical issues, you must contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

5. Ad Content Guidelines

5.1 Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in their advertisements is accurate and not misleading.
5.2 Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

False or deceptive claims.
Offensive or inappropriate language.
Content that violates UAE laws or regulations.
5.3 We reserve the right to remove or reject any advertisement that violates these guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 MGT Cars Broker acts only as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the condition of vehicles, or the actions of users.
6.2 MGT Cars Broker will not be liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions conducted on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, trademarks, and logos on MGT Cars Broker are the property of MGT Cars Broker or its licensors.
7.2 Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from: 8.1 Misusing the platform to engage in fraudulent activities.
8.2 Violating UAE laws or regulations.
